These terms apply when you use www.mesa-template.store, create an account, book a table or order food from Mesa Kitchen. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
01About us
www.mesa-template.store is run by Mesa Kitchen LLC, operating the restaurant Mesa Kitchen at 24 Olive Street, Beirut, Lebanon. You can contact us at hello@mesakitchen.example or +961 1 234 567.
02Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Please give accurate details, especially your phone number, so we can reach you about your booking or order.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- We may suspend an account that is misused, for example for repeated no-shows, fake bookings or abusive messages.
You can close your account at any time from your account settings.
03Table reservations
- A booking made online is a request until we confirm it by email. We do our best to answer quickly.
- Online bookings are for the party sizes shown on the booking page. For larger groups, please call us.
- Please arrive on time. We hold your table for 15 minutes; after that we may give it to other guests.
- If your plans change, cancel or change your booking from your account or by calling us, as early as possible.
- Repeated no-shows may lead us to decline future online bookings.
- For private events and large parties we may ask for a deposit, which we will explain before you confirm.
04Online orders
- Prices: prices are shown on the menu. Unless stated otherwise, VAT is added at checkout as shown. Delivery fees, minimum order amounts and any discounts are shown before you pay.
- Availability: dishes can sell out. If something you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund for that item.
- Payment: you can pay by card online or in cash on delivery or pickup, depending on what is offered. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Times: delivery and pickup times are estimates. We work hard to meet them, but traffic, weather and busy evenings can cause delays.
- Delivery: please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
05Cancellations and refunds
- You can cancel an order free of charge until we start preparing it. Once it is being prepared, we may not be able to cancel it.
- If something is wrong with your order (a missing item, the wrong dish, a quality problem), contact us the same day with your order number. We will make it right with a replacement, a credit or a refund.
- Refunds for card payments go back to the same card. Depending on your bank, they can take 5 to 10 working days to appear.
- If we have to cancel an order, we refund you in full.
06Allergies and dietary needs
Our menu shows the main allergens in each dish, and our team is happy to help. However, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, sesame and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of them. If you have a severe allergy, please tell us when you book or order, and speak to our team before eating.
07Using the website
Please do not misuse the website: no fake bookings or orders, no attempts to break or overload it, no harmful content in messages, and no copying of our content for commercial use. We may refuse service or remove content that breaks these rules.
08Our content
The texts, photos, logo, menu and design of this website belong to Mesa Kitchen LLC or are used with permission. You may share links and view the website for personal use, but please ask us before reusing our content.
09Liability
We take great care in running Mesa Kitchen and this website, but the website is provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages, payment provider failures or extreme weather. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, including for injury caused by our negligence.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on the website when you book or order is the one that applies to that booking or order.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to solve it with you directly and in good faith; otherwise the competent courts of Lebanon will decide.
